- Add up the total footage.
- Multiply by your approved wholesale price

- Downpipes come in 10foot lengths, and most soffit overhang is 24". So the typical 1 story home will be 12' lengths.
- Count the number of elbows
- Count the tile covers
- Count the outlets
- Add up the total
