Well it depends! There are 3 factors that go in to our pricing. 1. The Amount Of Moss On Your Roof - Most people don't understand that this is a manual process that requires elbow grease, and working from heights. - It is a dangerous place to be and is very hard work. - Our process is to softly agitate the root of moss with a hand brush. And then from there we apply an inhibitor that will kill any non-visible moss 2. The Cost of The Inhibitor Used. - There is no such thing as spray and forget. No matter what you use on your roof you are going to need to clean it off with a brush, and then wash it off with water. Moss is an organic living organism, and needs to be removed manually. With elbow grease :). - After we physically remove the visible chunks of moss, we apply an organic non-corrosive product that will kill any of the remaining non-visible spores that have been agitated after from the physical moss removal. - Then mother nature will clean your roof making it look great again. 3. The Pitch and Difficulty of Your Roof. - We need to assess the pitch or steepness of your roof so that we can understand the safest and best method to clean your roof. - We are insured but no-one wants an injured worker on their property.
